Email Customer Service Representatives
eToys Direct, Inc., an e-commerce company, is committed to providing outstanding empathic customer service to all our customers. We are hiring seasonal part-time, bright, articulate, computer-friendly people for our work at home e-mail-based customer service department. Applicant should possess a passion for high-level customer service. The positions will start in November and run through late December and the beginning of January. On-line training available.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting customers with web site product information, service features, placing orders and educating customers on all self-service features.
• Resolving customer issues by email through accessing and gathering information from computerized customer order records.
• Knowledge of all features, policies, special offers & sales as listed on the web site, and keep updated with all merchandising, marketing and procedural changes.
• Willingness and ability to make customer service situation decisions.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Minimum 6 months customer service/relations experience, utilizing e-mail & telephone communication tools.
• Ability to proficiently use the Internet.
• Ability to manage difficult and emotional customers, and maintain positive attitude and professional etiquette with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to maintain positive attitude and professional etiquette with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to consistently maintain productivity, and quality in an independent work environment.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service practice and procedures.
• Excellent data entry and written communication skills.
